Consultation & Supervision
I am a Registered Psychotherapist & Art Therapist. I have 9 years of clinical experience working with people who have experienced trauma and comorbid mental health diagnosis, in both individual and group therapy settings.
In my private practice, I work with adults and youth (12+), incorporating a multimodal approach, including: art therapy, IFS/parts work, sensorimotor psychotherapy, & mindfulness. My specialization is helping individuals ,manage and process the impacts of trauma, as well as supporting individuals belonging to the LGBTQIA+ community and those who are neurodiverse.
As a clinical supervisor, I am passionate about supporting new practitioners grow their therapeutic skills and their confidence. As well as supporting therapists who are seeking to incorporate different therapy modalities in their practice. My supervision style is collaborative and creative, aiming to strike a balance between clinical and experiential learning.
I am Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and meet all of the standards set out by CRPO to provide clinical supervision to other therapists. https://www.crpo.ca/supervision/#supervision_requirements
I am also a Registered Member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association and can supervise art therapy students and other art therapists.

Individual Supervision (1hr) $150 plus tax
Dyadic Supervision (1hr) $80 plus tax per person
Group Supervision (2 hrs) $75 plus tax per person (5 people per group)
