Group Art Therapy

Group therapy is an affordable option to take care of your mental wellbeing. My groups provide participants with the opportunity to connect with others going through similar experiences in safe space. As well as benefit for holistic healing, through creativity and mindful body based practices.

What is Art Therapy?

Art Therapy is a mental health modality used to help people express themselves in physical form, as well as provide a direct connection between the body and mind. The focus is on the artistic process and how you respond to it, rather than the finished artwork you create. It does not require an art background to engage in art therapy and it is appropriate for all ages and backgrounds.
