RP, RCAT, DTATI, HBA

I am a Registered Psychotherapist & Registered Art Therapist with over 9 years of clinical experience. In my therapy practice I work with adults and youth (11+); through a trauma informed, holistic, and client centered approach. I believe that everyone is resilient and has the ability to heal and grow.

I take an empathetic and flexible approach in my therapeutic practice, in response to each person's own unique strengths and needs. Some of the modalities I may integrate in our work together include: IFS/parts work, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (body based Therapy), Art Therapy,& Mindfulness.

I work predominantly with people who have experienced childhood trauma and identify as LGBTQ+, but I also work with people from other communities. I have experience in working with PSTD/CPTSD, Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Self-Harm, Chronic Illness, ADHD, Autism, Grief & Loss, Identity Exploration, Relationship Struggles and Life Transitions.

I am dedicated in providing a safe non-judgmental space, where you can freely express yourself, and do deep meaningful work, which will lead to lasting change in different areas of your life.
