Individual therapy is a focused tailored approach to mental health. With one to one support clients can do deep meaningful work on challenges their facing in life.

My Approach

I believe that everyone is resilient and has the ability to heal and grow. I take an empathetic and flexible approach in my therapeutic practice, in response to each person's own unique strengths and needs.

My work is grounded in a trauma informed, affirming, holistic approach; integrating body-based practices, creativity, IFS/parts work, and mindfulness, to facilitate self-exploration & deep healing. We will work collaboratively to identify your strengths, skills, and goals, to create the best plan for you to move forward in your life.

I am dedicated in providing a safe non-judgmental space, where you can freely express your authentic self. I specialize in supporting individuals work through the impacts of trauma: CPTSD/PTSD, dissociation, hypervigilance, nightmares, grief and loss, chronic illness/pain, etc.  As well as, those experiencing anxiety and depression, and folks who identify as being neurodivergent and/or belonging to the LGBTQIA+ community.

Rate: $150 for 1hr individual therapy session

Availability: Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday in person or virtual sessions available. Tuesday & Friday virtual sessions only.

Age range: I work with adults and youth (11+)
